 PRENOTAZIONI: Saranno ritenute valide se all’atto della prenotazione farà seguito l’invio di un acconto pari al 30% dell’importo del soggiorno. L’ospite è tenuto a regloare il conto presso la Direzione al momento dell’arrivo contestualmente alla pulizia finale obbligatoria. La disdetta può essere effettuata a mezzo raccomandata o fax 30 giorni prima dell’occupazione dell’appartamento trattenendo il 50% dell’importo versato a titolo di caparra. Nessun rimborso spetta a chi interrompe il soggiorno prima del termine qualunque ne sia la causa di rinuncia e a chi comunica disdetta da 0 a 29 giorni prima dell’arriva. Il periodo prenotato verrà saldato per intero anche in caso di ritardato arrivo o partenza anticipata. In caso di ritardato arrivo, l’unità abitativa sarà tenuta libera fino alle ore 24:00 del giorno di arrivo, salvo comunicazioni. In caso contrario la Direzione ha il diritto di affittare ad altri senza alcun obbligo di rimborso o risarcimento. Alla consegna delle chiavi dell’appartamento o villetta sarà richiesta una CAUZIONE di € 10,00, che verrà restituita alla partenza dopo apposito controllo da parte della Direzione. Gli appartamenti verranno occupati dalle 17:00 alle 20:30 del sabato di arrivo e devono essere liberi entro e non oltre le ore 10:00 del sabato di partenza.  BUCHUNGEN: Die Buchungen sind erst nach Erhalt einer 30%igen Anzahlung gültig. Der Restbetrag und die obligatorische Endreinigung müssen bei der Ankunft beglichen werden. Eventuelle Absagen müssen innerhalb 30 Tagen vor der Anreise mitgeteilt werden. In diesem Falle besteht das Recht auf eine Erstattung von 50% der Anzahlung. Wenn die Absage von 0 bis 29 Tage vor der Anreise erfolgt oder der Aufenthalt unterbrochen oder verspätet angetreten wird, verliert man jegliches Recht auf eine Erstattung. Der Aufenthalt muss ganz bezahlt werden. Bei verspäteter Anreise ohne Mitteilung hat die Direktion das Recht, nach 24 Stunden, die Wohneinheit weiter zu vermieten. Diese ist nicht verpflichtet eine Erstattung zu leisten. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe muss eine Kaution von € 100,00 hinterlegt werden. Diese werden nach der Kontrolle der Wohneinheit durch die Direktion erstattet. Die Wohneinheiten stehen am Anreisetag zwischen 17:00 und 20:30 Uhr zur Verfügung und müssen am Abreisetag innerhalb 10:00 Uhr verlassen werden. Booking can be cancelled by sending a registered letter 30 days before the arrival day, but a 50% of the deposit will be lost. If guests cancel the reservation from 0 to 29 days before the arrival day or they should leave (for any reason) before the ending of their holiday, no money will be refund. The total amount is due both for late arrival and for leaving before the departing day. In case of late arrival, without calling, bungalow will be free until 24:00 of the arrival day. Otherwise bungalow can be rent to someone else without any refund. A refundable deposit guarantee of € 100,00 is asked at the arrival and it will be given back on departing after checking that everything is ok in the bungalow. Bungalows will be occupied from 17:00 to 20:30 on the arrival day, and they have to be left by 10:00 on the departing day. |
